Freeport, Illinois City Hall
Freeport’s City Hall is home to the City’s Community and Economic Development Department, Finance Department, IT Department, Communications Department, City Clerk, Mayor’s Office, City Manager’s Office, and the Water & Sewer Utility Billing Office. City Council Meetings and various boards meet on the first level of City Hall in the Council Chambers.
