Water & Sewer Utility Billing Error

Message from Water & Sewer Department

The Water & Sewer billing department was notified on Friday, January 21, 2019 there was a print processing error for utility bills that affects customers that have account numbers starting with the number 4.   Bills were not sent and are currently being reprocessed.  Please note they have the original due date on the bill however there will be no penalties or late charges for customers affected by this error.

If you have already paid your bill via ACH, PSN or check – you can disregard the new bill when received.
