Finance Director– Craig S. Joesten

Craig S. Joesten joined the city as Finance Director in May of 2005 after completing a 35 year career in private industry.

Craig holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University and a B.S. eq. Degree in Accounting from The University of Toledo. In addition, he has an MBA in Finance/Accounting from Ashland University. Finally, Craig is a nationally published author on Total Quality Management and Business Planning.

In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking and is an adjunct instructor of Finance and Accounting at Columbia College located at the Highland Community College Campus.
