Committee of the Whole

The Committee of the Whole shall meet on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:00 pm in the City Council Chambers at 314 W. Stephenson Street, Freeport IL. When the date fixed for any regular meeting shall fall upon a legal holiday, however, such meeting will be held on the next business day.
